Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services in the previous three months.

Termination by Arisesolutions: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend Services if you breach these Terms or fail to make timely payments.

Termination by Client: You may terminate the Services at any time with prior written notice (e.g., 30 days). Payments for work completed up to the termination date are non-refundable.

Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. However, in the event of a dispute with a client located in the United States, the parties may mutually agree to resolve the matter under the laws of the client's state.
